Why can't I use my provider for all my benefit hours?

The Upload Your Own Provider option is designed to help cover gaps in care and is not meant to cover payments to full time care providers. We recommend that families upload multiple providers to use across their hours. 

While this benefit is global, the impact of tax and other local regulations differ by region and may lead to limitations on the number of hours available to book with each provider in the app.  When you upload a provider to Helpr, the app will keep track of your use. Please consult a tax professional for guidance on your individual tax situation.
